• Annual Fund Goal Amount: This amount was set by your club.

• Goal % Achieved: This represents the percentage of your club's annual goal that has been met year-to-date (YTD). Please note that contributions are sent in as they are received, whether monthly, quarterly, or otherwise.

• AF Per Capita: This figure is calculated by dividing your club's Annual Fund YTD contributions by the number of club members.

Please note that this report does not include your club’s PolioPlus goals. However, it does include YTD contributions to PolioPlus.

As a district, we are currently at 52.97% of our overall goal, which is on track with where we planned to be at this time.
