The mission of The Rotary Foundation is to support the efforts of Rotarians as they strive to assist Rotary International in the fulfillment of the Object of Rotary and Rotary's mission.  That mission is the achievement of world understanding and peace through local, national and international humanitarian, educational, and cultural programs.  The Rotary Foundation was established in 1917 by Rotary International's 6th president, Arch C. Klumph during the Convention in Atlanta, Georgia.  The first donation was $26.50 from the Rotary Club of Kansas City, MO.

Refer to The Rotary Foundation Reference Guide at left, and other resources available on the R.I. website at this link to the R.I. website.  For questions, contact the District Foundation team.
