DESCRIPTION:For a club to qualify for a District Community Service Grant\, 
 and to participate in a Global Grant\, attendance by one or more club memb
 ers at a Grant Management Learning Seminar each year is an R.I. requiremen
 t.    There is no cost to attend\, but registration is required. This HY
 BRID seminar will be for Presidents-Elect\, Presidents-Nominee\, and whoev
 er will be the main contact on any grant application.  8:30 AM is check-i
 n with breakfast. The Grant Management Seminar will be from 9 AM-11 AM. RE
