Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a facilitated program, not lecturing, that engages members to actively participate to learn and grow in their understanding of Rotary fundamentals. By participating in RLI members will become more effective and knowledgeable leaders in their Rotary Clubs. RLI strongly believes that a good Rotary leader must possess Rotary knowledge and leadership skills with a perspective about where Rotary has been, where it is now, and a vision of what Rotary can be.

RLI is not a repeat of other educational programs available through Rotary and is not position specific. RLI does not replace President Elect Training nor any other district training program. Topics important to Rotary and Clubs such as Effective Service Projects, Membership Engagement, and understanding the Rotary Foundation are explored. You will discuss real challenges and exchange ideas. The curriculum is designed using the learning spiral with sessions building on previous topics and experiences. RLI consists of 3 separate day educational sessions, and we recommend completing parts 1, 2 and 3 in sequential order.

Rotary Club leaders are asked to share this opportunity with its members and encourage them to register. The cost to attend each session has been reduced to $50 which includes course materials, breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Ask club leadership to invest in their member development by covering the cost to attend each session.

Date and Location of the next session is on the homepage under District Events
