Hotel Reservations:
Call the hotel at 515-287-2400 and identify yourself with Rotary to receive the special room rate of $98 plus tax which is available at least until March 17.  To see their newly remodeled facilities, click their link on the left.

Thursday, March 31 Pre-Conference Event:
There is an event at the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden 5:30-8 PM with heavy appetizers and cash bar.  Reservations must be made by March 30, entry can't be purchased at the door.

Friday, April 1: ALL CLUB LUNCHEON

Saturday, April 2:
The highlight of this evening will be a dinner and dance, Black Tie Optional, with Dave McGahuey's band and their tribute to THE BEATLES. Also a beautiful King Size (100" x 100") Quilt will be auctioned off which we hope will raise at least $1,500 with the money going to Iowa M.O.S.T. (Miles of Smiles Team for cleft lip repair)  The quilt was made by Deb Ockenfels of the Rotary Club of Iowa City A.M., to see it, click the link on the left.
